Close range makes positioning and an exit route part of your damage plan.
Repeat one short encounter. Notice when you stop attacking to move; aim to reduce unnecessary movement before chasing a longer combo.
Use similar equipment and the same available encounter when comparing classes. Repeat more than one attempt. Record control comfort, missed mechanics and whether the playstyle stays enjoyable after a mistake. Your favourite activity and available play time matter more than an unlabelled tier score.
